Telusys Launches Sitemanager 2. with Upgrades for E-Surveymaker, Job Bank, TCSC Online Payment System

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - July 3, 2001 - Telusys, Inc. announced today several additions to Sitemanager^TM, its flagship community management software. These product enhancements include E-Surveymaker^TM, the Job Bank, and TCSC Online Payment System with integrated shopping cart and payment processing.

E-Surveymaker
With E-Surveymaker, clients may now conduct online surveys quickly and affordably. This application allows an administrator to build and modify online surveys, view results in real-time, and export data for further results.

"Customers are using E-Surveymaker to conduct employee satisfaction and manager 360-degree surveys, as well as externally to measure customer satisfaction, conduct market research on products and services, and even for entertaining customers and employees," says Vice President Cherre Neitzka. "The advantages of using E-Surveymaker are affordability and speed, since our solution costs a fraction of paper-based surveys and delivers a survey in minutes instead of weeks."

Job Bank
With the job bank, users may post resumes, success stories, news events, and items of interest. The built-in search engine allows users to search for jobs based on certain parameters. The software also includes bulletin board and chat room features, as well as an area for employers to register and post jobs. The auto-notification feature will send an email automatically to job seekers, notifying them based on their profiles.

"The industry association clients that have launched it are discovering several real benefits," says Vice President Cherre Neitzka. "These associations are not only using the Job Bank to build their community, they are generating additional revenue by charging employers job posting fees. Everyone wins, since the employers can post an unlimited number of job openings, and job seekers are able to better target their industries."

TCE Online Payment System
"One of our first customers to integrate the online shopping cart and payment processing was a large industry association," says President Harry Anastopoulos. "In the first month alone, this association processed over $8,000 in online transactions. When other customers began asking for these capabilities, we decided to integrate the online payment processing into Sitemanager's applications, including conference registrations, catalog shopping, membership fee processing, Web conferencing, online certification programs, and the learning campus. The online payment processing really has saved these associations time, and time is money." The software also tracks transactions from the client's various cost centers.
